“The Jury Trial” Lunch and Learn

No CLE credit will be given for this presentation.

Come join the judges of the circuit court as they address some of your most asked questions about scheduling jury trials. Topics will include:

1. Why can’t I get the date I want? 2025, really???
2. The docketing system and current caseload statistics.
3. Case assignment process.
4. Attorney best practices for scheduling jury trials, rules, and procedures.

This will be a town hall format where your questions, suggestions and input are welcome. The presentation will be held in the jury room at the court building on February 29, 2024 from 1 pm to 2 pm.
